Can anyone tell me if it's possible to rent the MadMapper software and then later buy the full product at a discounted price?

I received an answer to my email shortly after posting... here are the results

Perpetual and rental licenses are 2 different products.

So, no it's no possible to have a sort of discount on the perpetual license after had rent it.

yeah would be great if they could do that like qlab you a bit more in the long run but then eventually own it
