I am trying to access a MiniMad remotely to update the media. I tried it with both MiniMad and my laptop on the same network (connected to the router) and it finds the minimad. But when I have the minimad and the laptop not on the same network (My laptop connected to internet through my iphone connection) even though I enter the IP address manually it doesn't find the MiniMad. The MiniMad is up and running with the SD card inside and projector connected. Bonjour is turned off. I'm using MadMapper 5.5.5. Does anyone have any idea of what I am doing wrong? I really appreciate your advice. Thank you so much in advance!

If you want to access the MiniMad through the internet, you either have to configure your internet-router to forward the right ports (being several Samba ports and OSC port 1111) to the MiniMad, or better install a VPN service on the network.
