Hi, please can someone help.

I've just moved city and up-packed my LEDs for a gig on Friday.

I've set them up with MadMapper – latest version – and – USB to dmx – but the LEDs are not responding and appear to be dead.

Is there a way of checking or resolving this issue? What am I missing or I am setting-up wrong?

Hi Paul, make sure your controller is properly selected in the Preferences / DMX output and nothing selected in DMX output. Make sure you select the proper fixture profile, double-check your connections, switch cables, power supply, etc. if you can and run a test with only a single bar and the minimum connectivity

Thank you. I’ve double checked all the connections and preferences and now the single 0.5m is lighting and working fine.

I have also connected the other 15bars and they too light fine and work as expected.
