Unlocking the Arm Laser over a long time

Hello,
I'm looking for help here, because I currently have a laser mapping that's installed on a site, and it's supposed to play by his own on precise hours (5pm-8:30pm) but even with all security features unlocked ( even master modes an stuff in preferences) during the day madmapper is disarming it automatically, and I have to get on site every day to reactivate it.
Also, the whole thing is automated with scheduler that plays a "on scene" And a "off scene"
Do you know why it's making it, is it a sleep mode after a certain time ?
Or is there a feature that I missed ?
