I did a gig at Eyewash at the Remote Lounge with VJ Miixy, Holly Daggers and Eric Dunlap of Forward Motion Theater. Modul8 crashed once, crash report sent to G-cube. Otherwise, performance was stellar. I keep discovering new tricks and cool ways of implementing M-8, usually during shows. I was able to fire up sets of clips in the separate A and B groups, for example. This was great, because I could be sending out the B group, for example, and choose a group of clips on the A side while the B group was up. This seems also to give the software a chance to load up the new clips. I hadn't been switching like this with the old version, since a slight lag occurred when switching. I would save such switching between groups for "between sets." Now I can easily change set groupings during sets, a great plus for adding flexibility to a show. Thanks for the awesome software, again. Patiently awaiting version 3!! - Jim C.

Regarding the crash, keep in mind that you are using a beta version and that there are several known issues. BTW thank you for sending us the report.

No problem, Yves! In fact, it was during a point in the show at the beginning, where four VJs pumped images out to a battery of monitors and two projectors. No one hardly noticed. M-8 worked fine during my solo set. :D
