Any one got any tips on updating to a new version of Modul8 while keeping all your workspaces/modules/plugins intact from the last version.

    . i usually go to my Applications/ folder and rename Modul8 to Modul8 v2.???

. then copy the new version into Applications/

. then open two windows (old version and new version) and hold down option when dragging old modules/plug-ins to the new version (holding down option makes a copy, rather than moving the files) - going folder by folder and not copying unused or test modules.

. probably not the most efficient method, but i've just gotten into the habit of doing it this way. :)

. if you use the Inside Us All (iua> ) free frame plugins, there are a few extra steps to make sure everything is installed correctly.

I normally just make a copy of my Modules folder to my desktop, and then drag it back in to my Modul8 folder once the new version is installed.

Haven't had a problem with my workspaces or modules. I don't use any plugins
