    Hi, I've been trying to get support but haven't heard back for a month now.

    This is the ticket no.: 1804101017423

    I'm posting here since I haven't heard through the support email.

    mad-matt - Could you check again, please? I still haven't heard back from the support team. I've even copied the sales mailbox in my latest follow-up. No response from either. Really disappointing to see no response at all after 2 months of follow-up.
