The lack of learning materials cheapens MadMapper

Why would you build a software with so many features and not create a manual. I'm guessing people try it and unsubscribe, like will after this project. I like the software, and would continue to use, but find myself looking up how to do things in a comically unproductive way. I saw a part of a manual somewhere once for updates on scenes & cues, but can't find it. I guess I'll go stab in the dark some more. Venting sesh over - lmb

Laughable response to a genuine concern. This software looked so promising but it will clearly never match up to the competition with attitude like this.

I know that the OP came at you with a bit of attitude, but the concern they expressed is 100% legitimate. I've been using MM for about 4 years now for live events and I have only been able to master a limited set of features. Complex mapping is still a struggle and it is mostly due to the lack of a manual.

The problem with the video tutorials is that they cram a LOT of info into short segments, so I need to watch them over and over again to understand basic concepts. I need a reference document that I can read at my own speed to gain an understanding of all the features. I am a proud promoter of Garagecube and both Modul8 & MadMapper, but I'm frustrated by the lack of documentation.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE hire a technical writer to create a user manual for this powerful, complex program.
