Modify the default presets in Record to disk

by Paul Sellis » Wed May 12, 2010 3:03 pm

    Hi,

I need to record To disk during a performance with my MacBook Pro.
I know that its CPU and Disk consuming but I need to display just recorded loops.

But each time to configure Modul8, I need to modify the default parameters to
    Apple Photo JPEG
    25 fps
    480x360
    75%
    and so on...

Is it possible to modify the default preset in Modul8?
A kind of XML file somewhere?

    Thanks for your help
    Paul

I am with you. But no solution.
Actually I do not understand your problem. You mean Capture to Disk, don't you. When I set this up the way I want and start and stop capture without restarting M8 the settings stay the way I left them. I just need to name new file.
I have pretty good MBP, but I can not capture the output at 640x480 without seriously stuttering the output. What beast of a mac you have that lets you project smooth output and capture it the same time.
