Does anyone know whats up with garagecube email? I've had bounces from both support@ and info@ in last 24 hours

I'm trying to purchase an educational license for modul8.

there is no problem with these emails. I tested at the moment.

Are you sending an attachment that is too big ? What the bounce says ?
Which email address are you using ?

the attachment is too big. I think the maximum permitted size is around 300-500kB
