so in editor you do not see any listed on right side of the window. what would you like to edit? Can you use the modules otherwise, without editing?

ok - so you can 'see' your modules.
you mean you can see a list of modules at menu/modules/show?

you can select one and but you dont see it onscreen?

    try menu/window/workspaces

its possible they are just hidden.

please update your version of modul8. You will then have the default modules with it and see if it solve your problem.

I had the same problem, and I just found the way to fix it.
I saw some one said it happens when your Mac system language is not set in English.
So I just changed my MacOS language to English from Chinese and it worked.

I help this can also work in your case.

BUT there is some thing happened

    by mosu » Thu Mar 10, 2011 6:04 am

I dont know if this two problem are related or not....
but after I changed the language to solve module problem,
I found some of my .mov files couldn't import to media set who were just did before.
I'm sure those are the same file.
but now I can't import them...

I've tried to switch back to Chinese language to see if that caused the problem, and it didn't work.

is there anyone with this problem??

Are the names of the media files in Chinese?

Files themselves aren't named in Chinese.

and finally today my friend who brought me into M8 said that both the file path (folders) and name in system can not have any non-English-based character, therefore my new problem got fixed again.

So I think the best way to reduce some minor problems is keeping my working environment totally in English.

    Thx ilan!
