I am experiencing an ongoing issue with the MASK tool, that I really hope someone can help me resolve. At first, I thought the issue would resolve if I updated to the newest version of Madmapper, but the issue is ongoing and in fact, worse.
At first, the mask tool worked perfectly, I used it at a performance and was very happy with the way it worked, EXCEPT I found it very difficult to select the circles on the corners in order to nudge the mask to fit the projection surface. They just weren't selecting, it would take 4 or 5 attempts at each endpoint before they would actually select.
The next time I tried to use a mask, this problem became worse - I was able to draw a MASK, but I was unable to select the circles in the corners AT ALL. I could not make minute adjustments - it seemed that no matter what button I chose (cursor, Creation button, or Edit button) i was unable to select or modify the mask after I created it. Instead, it would continue to ether draw a new mask, or add points to my existing mask.
SO: i updated to the V. 1.21, hoping this issue would fix itself.
NOW: when I create a mask, my toolbar is missing buttons - i no longer even have the option of selecting "cursor, creation, or edit". This issue has basically rendered this function of madmapper useless.
I'm attaching two photos to showcase the issue I am experiencing. The first photo is a screenshot of my screen, showing what my MASK toolbar looks like, and no matter what I do, what order I create my mask/quads in, I can not seem to get these tools to reappear.
The second photo is is from an online tutorial, and it demonstrates what my MASK toolbar used to look like (even though the different buttons did not work).
