Hi, MadMapper 6 is still OpenGL based (we'll soon be native Direct3D/Metal). With OpenGL it's very hard to choose the GPU. Same with other OpenGL apps (ie Resolume etc.). It will start on the GPU the main display is attached to. You can set one of your projector output to be the main display (but th...

Hi I cant seem to assign media select on diferent DMX channels it seems you can only have one this is very frustrating You can add controls to set the visual type (generator, movie, image, camera...) & number (in this type) using /surfaces/Quad-1/visual/type & /surfaces/Quad-1/visual/number Screensh...

Sure MadMapper is moving to Metal on macOS. It's an ongoing process.

Indeed. We'll solve that asap. For the moment please disable "Use Hardware Acceleration" option.

MadMapper 6.1.3 is online

************** IMPORTANT NOTICE ************** SVG import has been reworked in MadMapper 6.1. SVG tags for universe & start channel as shown in "FixturesCsvDemo.svg" are no more supported. We made it cleaner and easier to setup universe/channel from a vector app like Illustrator. See documentation h...

In MadMapper 6.1.3 we added a control for audio track gain. Should be released in june.
Is audio gain enough for your situation ?

Hi, We're working on a full rewrite of MadMapper documentation. There is already a partial documentation here: https://docs.madmapper.com/ MadMapper 6 opened up a lot of new possibilities, so there's a lot of work documenting it with web pages/pdf/video tutorials. That's an ongoing process. We hope ...

Hi! I believe “Reverse Path” would be a more accurate and less confusing label. You're right. We'll fix that frenchy guys mistake When applying a mask to a surface, the feathering value doesn’t seem to have any visible effect below ~5.1%. You're right. There's a hardcoded precision. We'll increase i...

In MadMapper 6, the Cue Scheduler module has been splitted in two: - Timeline Scheduler, to do things like "start this on each Saturday at 9am", or "start this timeline on December 31th at 23pm" - Timeline Automation, to start timelines in a specific range at a given interval This makes things much ...

Hi,
We solved this issue in MadMapper 6.1.1, available now.
Thanks for reporting
Matt - MM team

I think they use a trick here, they use a DMX fixture to get the gradient into DMX channel, then in MadMapper preferences, DMX out is set to ArtNet and DMX In is set to ArtNet too, so MadMapper gets back the DMX it sends, so then the DMX channels can be assigned to the Firmata module sliders... But ...

This is a color space profile, video is encoded in YUV not RGB. The conversion depends on color profile. With FFMPEG you can choose your color profile in your movie parameters. If possible MadMapper detects the color profile automatically but depending on the encoder it might not be specified in mov...

Blackhole should be all good. If you send anything MadMapper will receive it. In MadMapper Preferences / Audio Input you have to choose BlackHole and then you can see the audio information in the status area below

Sorry I have not seen your post before. Did you find a solution. Best is to have a log file so we can see where MadMapper was in its startup. Certainly related to graphics drivers, or some camera / audio drivers installed.
