I succeeded by launching in "Run as admin" also when i am in admin account.
The previous version launched without worry when I was in admin account but this time I have to force the install with "Run as admin".

It's just impossible to install MadMapper 4.0 Beta 9 for Windows. I start the .exe installation and nothing happens... Nothing happens in task manager too...
