Thanks Mat, done and log sent. Opening the space scanner caused my camera to turn off, I turn it back on and it reappears in the camera drop down and then the previous error message occurs when i try to capture with it.

Meant to add I'm running on windows with the latest version of MadMapper.

Hi all I've got a new canon m100 and am struggling to get the space scanner working on mapper with it. "Image quality should be set to jpeg only (not RAW or jpeg + RAW)" is the error message (despite setting being to jpeg only). Not even getting a live preview of the camera feed in the space scanner...
