modul8 v3.1.4 released!

Hi modul8 users,
We're glad to announce you the release of the latest modul8 update :
the v3.1.4 is now available - a minor update which comes with a couple of improvements and fixes.
(Please note that this version requires at least macOS 10.9.5)
IMPROVEMENTS
- Added button to project settings in preferences panel
FIXES
- Fixed layer being rendered as a solid color when using filters
- Fixed standard users not being able to launch the application
