how to link max/msp and modul8 with Osc

Hello, I have a multitrack sound project in Max/Msp and 3 computers with 3 differents videos in Modul8. I need to synchronize all the computers.
I think the Osc modul can be the thing in Modul8 but how to receive or send things from max/msp and from modul8??
For the connexion do I have to link my computers with an ethernet cable?
