Is the best codec/compression for M8 still PhotoJPEG at 75%.???

Just checking as I'm about to batch convert my entire archive and would rather not do it twice if the recommended codec has changed in recent versions.

I have heard people say that MPEGStream clip makes their clips look even better than before they were transcoded with it. Perhaps they should lay off the wacky tabacci.
