WRONG email adress when purchase Modul8 today

I have question: It seams that i insert wrong email adress for my client (TV owner) when i purchased your Modul8 software. He didnt receive Serial number but card is billed. I hope that there is some way to correct email adress. Luckily, only me knows password. So, is there some way for correcting email. Please answer me on: schuhart@gmail.com

So whole day past and no answer and no serial number, but card is billed. Is there someone who can help or is it wrong forum at all_
