Multi Output, Different Layer/clips?

Hey guys, I've been wondering if M8 could do a multi output but have a different clip or layer in each output screen. I've searched high & low on the forum but couldn't find anything related to this.

Something like the Arkaos Mediamaster could do? If i'm not mistaken the Arkaos could do that, i've forgotten how. I quickly had to learn it in 1 night & use it for a club opening around last 2 years ago? & it was the first & the last time i've used it & because the club didn't have anyone who knows how to use it & the ones who knew how to use it weren't free (i figured it wouldn't be hard to learn & use). It was supplied but another distributor.

I've only used M8 & before that just normal effects from an Edirol V8 & V4 for my av rental company.
My company only supplied & installed 3 led walls for the club, 1 big main wall rigged in the middle & 2 effect walls, rigged at the sides of the main wall.

2 separate led processors control the 2 walls & one Arkaos Media server feeding visuals into the 2 led processors & into the walls. Same mirrored visuals on the 2 effects wall, different visuals on the main wall, one Arkaos Mediamaster.

So, yeah. could M8 do multi outputs & separate clips or layers on them? (sorry for the long post) Thanks for reading!

. have you tried looking at 'Output' -> 'Advanced Output Setup' ? i think that will do what you're asking…

I've looked into that but that would only have multi output screens but only one master clip.. If i'm not mistaken. I couldn't have another clip on another screen.

advanced output works with normalized values, if you enter 1920x1080 for a clip it will be too big for the modul8 "stage" size. You should try to fit your whole comp in a 640x480 virtual size. Don't worry about resolution, when it's scaled fullscreen you get all your media pixels.
Then if you want a different media in each clip, you'll have to scale down your layers and place it at the right position.

It's not a very intuitive thing but it's kind of working.
