Timeline in Opera

Hello
Thank's for developping this beatiful software.
I work for a big opera show. I probably will buy the software but i have request.
I have 4 videoprojecteurs 2 for the bottom of scene and two for a screen with the front one. With the software I will make 2 videos of 1536X576 square pixel pal and will cut it in the center. The 2movies must be synchronized and last 6min.
I see different module for that : "media timer" "synchronize" ...
- I search a module for : the frame rate - media timer - synchronize - elapsed time and of course play, pause, rewind and save settings with keyframe. Its possible to all gathers ?
Maybe the best way its a timeline with all of them ....

it is possible to make masks, not to have an image on the scene but just on the screen?
I have budget on this project to develop this module if it doesn't exist.
