I used to get annoyed when people use caps too. But now I have met people who need to use caps for many legit reasons I do not bother any more.
So since I do not use Tracktor I do not know the answer, but if you can configure Tracktor to send MIDI you can capture that with Modul8 as with any MIDI source.
