I am finding post from 4 years ago and no reply ....
did we move to another platform?
is Facebook now the forum ?

not really,
but a lot of users as well as the MadMapper team are on vacation at the moment, so depending on your question you may expect a longer response time...

Do you have any idea when they will return back? Also, if there's a Facebook group I would love to join as I have a lot of questions right now. I have locked myself in my
property in Limassol and trying to figure out how to use the software in the most efficient way but unfortunately no luck without assistance...
