spatial scanner canon 7d problem

im using demo version of madmapper spatial scanner function with a canon 7d, when i start capture, dslr camera shot 2 images then stop, projector doesnt project lines or images. i see only madmapper interface, progress bar stop to 0%. ive tested different setting for canon 7d, camera mode, videomode,different fstop and shutterspeed but nothing. can you help me ? thanks
