Hi,
In MadMapper 5 the Cue Scheduler was doing scheduling & automation, and since both could be activated you could indeed program an automation in a time range specified in scheduling section. That was powerful but doing a all in one module made it complex and overkill for most cases.
The new Timeline Scheduler & Timeline Automation in MM 6 are much clearer & simpler while keeping necessary features. The only missing one is doing automation in a time range.
Two options for that:
1- you can drag cues/timelines in to the conductor to start it one after the other, and you have one conductor per bank, so you could do a bunch of different preprogrammed automation and schedule their startup.
2- you can create N automation modules with different target cues/timelines, and N scheduler modules that will start a cue to activate a specific automation module (& deactivate the others), which would lead to the same things as the all in one MM 5 module. You can for instance create a Timeline Automation module named "Monday Automation" that will start timeline on row 1, a Cue name "Monday Cue" that sets "Monday Automation" module on & other automation modules off, and a "Monday Scheduler" module that starts "Monday Cue" on Mondays.
Cheers
