When setting up a projector only Generic PnP shows in the Output Destination window. The LG Projector shows normally in Windows Display settings. How can I resolve this issue, as of now I can only show Madmapper output on the projector using a desktop preview window.

The output that appears as "Generic PnP" is certainly your projector. To start fullscreen you have to go to menu "Output" / "Fullscreen Mode" or just Ctrl+U.
