Sound (Noise bursting)

Hi,
I have using MadMapper for the past 1 year, However today I am facing a problem with my Bose Speaker when I try to volume up Via MadMapper the Sound of Speaker starts Noise Bursting on the other hand when I play the same video via VLC player the sound is very loud and clear as soon as play video through MadMapper I even checked the same software on other new computer and Laptops but I haven't seen any change is sound (Via MadMapper) but like as I said when I play the same content through VLC play in any computer or laptop sounds very loud and clear. Hence I request please find a proper solution for this issues because I am planning to purchase some more licenses for my other project.
