Just trying a Cue which puts Shockwave FX on, and also hits the GO button, I've got this being pressed from an OSC input, but it only "presses" the Go button the first time, not subsequent times, I'd like it to "go" each time I press the corresponding button. Hope that makes sense...

That's indeed a bug. We'll solve it in 4.2.0, about to be released.
