Hello, I’m currently working on a large LED installation that goes live tonight and have run into an issue. I have 19 Led drivers driving 3000 LED spheres. When I use the artnet poll feature 12 of the drivers appear but 7 are missing and are not receiving data. When I run the drive software (Advatek assistant) I can see all the drivers on the network. I can also sent data to all driver using a different software. When I is broadcast the 7 missing driver do not receive data and do not turn on.

Any suggestions of what might be the issue would be very much appreciated.

I’ve tested on 2xM1 Mac minis and 1 x MacBook Pro 2018

Just tested on a windows laptop and I’m getting the same issue.

You have a config / network problem on Advatek Pixelite side. Are they all (the pixelites and the computer) in the same IP range, with different IPs, and all with the same network mask ?
