I had purchased the rental MadMapper software to try it out. It unexpectedly expired and I need it to run my show tonight. I went into my account on the MadMapper website and tried to purchase the full version of the software but every time I hit the checkout button to pay, the website locks up.

Also, If I am able to pay for the software, will I get the code to reactivate the software immediately or am I screwed for tonight?

And Lastly, I was using the V4 software in the rental version. If I buy it now, will I have to start the mapping process over to set up V5 for tonight?

Does anyone have any idea how I can get the software back up and running in a few hours?
