Hi,

Cant seem to get my head round this. What is the general use for a lines surface? It seems that it can take effects but not materials or videos. Also When applying a strobe that was Downloaded I cant get a visual result. Is this because its a one dimensional object?

What is the intended use of a Lines surface?

Of course you can use a media on it, you just have to select the right texturing mode.
