DMX and ArtNET at the same time

Hello,
Is it somehow possible to use an DMX-USB-Adapter (like the Enttec DMX USB Pro Interface) and ArtNET at the same time? In my setup I want to control several standard DMX devices and some Philips Hue lights, that can only be controlled via ArtNET/DMX. I would like to avoid buying new hardware.
