Cymatic audio lp16 audio interface.

Has anyone any experience using the Cymatic audio LP16 audio interface with a minimad. I'm having curious results and I'm not sure what to do next.
I have a madlight recording with a 4 track, 44.1khz audio track, exported to minimad.
The mini mad is connected to the lp16 by usb.
I run the show and the lp16 shows on its screen it is connected to a mac.
its audio monitor shows activity on channels 1 to 4.
but no audio comes out the speakers.
I can play audio directly through my computer or onboard on the lp16 through its USB storage, only minimad has a problem with playback it seems...
I will continue to investigate but anyone who has had a similar experience ?
