Bug? The Duration in seconds is overriding "Play Next when the first movie loop finishes"

I'm doing mapping on a wedding cake and have about 10 videos that range from 15 to 50 seconds each.
The duration in second is set to 3 and I have Play Next when the first movie checked which I assume overrides the "Duration in Seconds"
I think this is a bug or its broken. It was working a few weeks ago.

Any clues on how to fix this? I have a wedding coming up next month
I upgraded to 5.1.5
Each video will get cut off every 3 seconds.
