    Stopping a scene?

    by Micropuller » Sat Feb 25, 2023 6:12 pm

I'm new to Madmapper and I'm trying to build an interactive wall. The idea is to have a number of "living portraits" that can be activated by the user.
What I have in mind us to use several scenes.
The first scene will incorporate just one portrait that, when activated, tells the user how the installation works.
When the video finishes, Madmapper automatically goes to the next scene.
There I'd like to project several portraits that the user can activate.
From there, I'd like the users to have the possibility to push a button that takes them back to the first (or the next) scene. But I'd also like Madmapper to return to the first scene, if there is no input from the user after a certain amount of time.
My problem is, that if i try to program this and use the button to go to another scene, the second scene stays active until the set time is reached.
Is there a way to cut short a scene that is set to run for a certain amount of time?
