Hello,
I have a DMX Fixture group array. I want to be able to access the DMX Fixture Group in the surface tab to give me additional control over programming the fixtures. Controlling the DMX Fixture is working well in the DXM Fixture tab, but I would like to be able to layer the video sources. I have tried "Creating Lines" from a fixture group, but I can't get the surface tab to control the "lines" from this process.

Any suggestions would be very helpful!

I'm using a spout from the projector tab to create a feed based on the video surface tab. This seems to accomplish what I was looking for!

in MM6 - coming Q4 2024 - , we've placed the DMX fixtures on top of everything, so they act as samplers on regular surfaces. This will greatly simplify the workflow and allow to use regular surface for compositing DMX content.
