Resetting fixtures

"A fixture with the same group.."
This warning comes up when I open the project file. If I Ignore or Rename I can't display. I need to Replace.
What is going on, how did I get here, and how do I fix it without redoing all my fixtures?
I need this to start up by it self when the computer turns on so I need to resolve this issue.

Still lots to learn in mapping LEDs. All new to this part of Mad Mapper.
