Hi guys,

total beginner here with LEDs+madmapper+dmxusb pro, so heres my question.

i've got everything set up. LEDs do change color and all that, no problem. but when i try fading my visual colors in madmapper say from red to blue, it just jumps from red to blue,. theres no fade at all. its like its only On/Off, no in betweens. kinda sucks cuz i cant do fade to black even!... am i missing anything? thanks in advance!

my setup ;-
- madmapper 1.5.2
- ENTTEC DMX USB PRO
- DMX 32 Channel Board
- RGB Leds strips
- 29amp power supply

Did you try to tinker with the Response curve ?
That's exactly why we added this option.

I'm having the same problem: lights are either on or off, no matter what I do with the response slider. No fading. Can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.

When I try moving a white cube through syphon across the fixture, the light either goes on or off as soon as I pass the threshold of 50% of the fixture covered.

When I have the cube covering the fixture entirely and instead I fade the intensity in and out in Modul8, the little DMX indicator square on the MadMapper screen fades as well (and the DMX values do change continuously too when I check the DMX values display in the latest beta version of MadMapper) but the light just flips on and off when I pass 75% light intensity.

I have a dimmer on my driver so I checked it separately and it dims fine. So I wonder if this has something to do with the Enttec DMX USB Pro? Maybe a driver issue?
