as far as I know, midi is not implemented in Madmapper… you are probably using a hidden pref option to activate midi mapping, but midi is definitely not working properly and you cannot expect working with it now

I've had a mess with the hidden pref pane for midi mapping and on 1.52 it seems pretty stable . The only crash I get is if I use a controller with zero such as Ch 16. Cc1 data 0 .i have no problems if I map the midi from 1-127 . I have found that if the presets are changed via midi the surface selections don't store you have to tap the preset on mm and then that store . I'm using continuous controllers but haven't tried it with note on/off.
