Perpetual License 2 Computers

Before I start installing on my spare Macbook - can you confirm that the 2 computer version can be run on 2 macs, and not just a mac / pc combination.

As an update for anybody else with the same query - I installed it on my 2nd Macbook and it worked fine.

The licence can be installed on two computers (PC/Mac doesn't matter). The second licence is meant for a spare machine. You can deactivate a machine and activate another one at any moment, as many times as you want.
