Hey!
Is there a possibility to control parameters with just timeline, I mean so that it scrolls through the values automatically? Like in a way that let's say the red value of solid color would bounce up and down during a specified time.

Timeline is a feature that is sorely lacking in MadMapper.
If you don't need to set values to a specific second in time and if you are looking for something procedural, luckily MadMapper offers
Oscillators.
