Led strip doesnt light up

I'm having a problem when programming my lamps, when I go to "register" them in art net, when I reach universe 1, it turns off
we definitely need more details,
please provide as many relevant information as possible (MM version, computer and OS specs, light and artnet device specs, Artnet setting screenshots) to support@garagecube.com thank you
