MadMapper loses Output source when projectors in StandBy

Hello everyone,

We installed a 3D Video Mapping for a customer with 3 PT-RZ31 and a MacBook Pro with MadMapper installed.
However when the projectors are going into standby the MacBook Pro and MadMapper both lose the displays/outputs.
In MM output every output says "none" in the drop-down" menu.
When the projectors turn on again we had the problem that sometimes the projectors have switched positions in the output and the projected image is wrong.
We made a script for MacOS which rearranges the displays in the system settings.

Now the question is: When the lock on the outputs in MM ist closed does MM rearrange the outputs always in the same way? Does it remember the uuid of the projectors and sets the output to the last known? Does MM arrange the outputs randomly? Ist the order of the projectors in the MacOS settings important for the MadMapper output arrangement?

Because the premier is on Sunday and the setup will stay for over 2 weeks it is kind of urgent.

Thank you in advance.

Have a nice day

Have you testes with MadMapper 5.1.0 ? A log file that ends one minute after the projectors get connected again would be interesting so we see if MadMapper receives any notification of screen setup changes. Please send that in a support ticket

best way to be sure that nothing will ever change, even if your video projectors go off, is to insert EDID-generator/manager between your mac and your projector.
