Hi,

I've been using Enttec DMX USB PRO MK2 for around a year with no problems. Though on opening Madmapper (5.1.6) this morning, I can't seem to connect it in the DMX output or input settings.

On the device itself, I can see a flashing white light indicating it is powered on and idle and it is connected to a DMX fixture too.

I've tried reinstalling MadMapper and a previous version and restarting my computer, though I'm not sure how else to trouble shoot.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Unfortunately, I don't have any other software to test it on, as I only use Madmapper usually. Are you able to recommend something?

Hi Evan, check on your Enttec model's page, on their website, you should find a compatible software list - I guess you can find a DEMO version allowing DMX output so that you can try out your enttec

I have tried to recognise the device on EMU (Enttec's own DMX control software) but with no luck.

Do you think it is a fault with the product itself? Do you think there is anything I can do to get it back up and running?

Are you sure the Enttec is not selected in MadMapper DMX Input ?
