In permanent installations, we have a problem where after a long time, e.g. 2-3 days, madmapper stops sending data to the selected network card. Just go back into preferences, click ok and everything works fine. This becomes a big problem for us. I have encountered similar problems with other users.
Is there any solution for this?

We are using an apple mini mac with m1 processor

Which kind of data ? ArtNet ? sACN ?
We're not aware of such an issue.
Could you send a log file of a session where you had the issue ? Log files are located in: /Users/YOUR_LOGIN/Library/Logs/GarageCube/MadMapper/
