How to correct for time zone differences in MadMapper with the Calendar Extension Module?

    by CaseyJScalf » Mon Jan 30, 2023 9:51 pm

Just getting into using the Calendar Schedule Module / Extension and I am curious how to do the timezones correctly?

In my test calendar I am using the commands "On" & "Off".

In the screenshot you can see how the "On" command is set to 5:00 PM and that it is also on the Los Angeles GMT +8:00 timezone.

However, in MadMapper it looks like the timezone is off by about 7-8 hours... how can this be fixed?

Obviously I could just shift all the times in the calendar but that would be tricky to keep straight.

Or maybe there is a setting in MadMapper I am unaware of? Possibly should I edit the .ics file?

I would definitely value some insight on this. I did not see any mention in the manual: https://madmapper.com/files/08-Calendar%20Scheduler.pdf

    Thank you!

Here is a snapshot of the .ics code itself. Looks like it represents the timezone in there correctly.
