Hey everyone! I have a problem with cure scheduling.
Basically the projectors are no longer turning off.

We have a semi-permanent install consisting of 5 projectors running diffrent content.
All IPs are set-up, and correct. They are also working all fine.
It runs for 6 days a week with a full system reboot on the the ‘off day’.
4 days we have the projectors come on at 3pm, 2 days at 2pm, each day turning off at 10pm.
However it seems that the projectors are no longer turning off and running 24/7. There were no issues for the first 3 months.
Any clues on what to do?

Using pj link module ? Are you using MadMapper 5.3.2 ?
If so does it work when turning off from the module? (Without cues)

Did you change anything in the setup ? Software or OS update ? Network settings ?
I think there is a PJ link test application somewhere, you should see if from the same machine you can get PJ Link working outside MadMapper. You can also send a mail to support[at]gartagecube[dot]com with the log file of a session where you had the issue (accessible from MadMapper menu Tools / Show log files)
