hello, just wondering if anyone else has been having similar issues with a lack of response from mad mapper support? I'm an educator and have tried numerous times to get access to the educational offer and have received zero response over the last week after multiple enquiries. Ive checked junk folders etc Any suggestions as to how to contact the support team would be very welcome!

I see your request from 4 days ago. Sorry for the delay, there were holidays and we're in Mapping Festival preparation so the whole team is quite busy. You should get an answer on Monday I suppose
