Automatic transitions between timelines in Conductor?

Hello everyone,
I was wondering if there is a way, in the Conductor’s Timeline Track, to have automatic transitions between two timelines, similar to the automatic transitions that exist between two media on the Montage Tracks.
Thanks in advance for your insights.

Hi,
You can set the transition duration and type in the cue/scene/timeline cell itself but not on the clip.
When fading from an audio clip to another, or from a movie to another, it makes sense.
But fading a cue that changes the color of a layer with a cue that changes the speed of an animation would make no sense.
We discussed about allowing overriding transition time on the timeline player track clip itself. It might be added in the future.

Hello,
I think I’m missing something, but I don’t really understand the logic of the Conductor.
If I use the "Timeline Track" to trigger cues at specific moments, it seems to bypass the automatic transitions defined in those cues. So I lose the smooth transitions, and I don’t see how I’m supposed to recreate them when using the Conductor.
Am I misunderstanding how the Conductor is meant to be used here?
Thanks!

Hello,
Quick update: automatic transitions set in the cues do work in the Conductor.
It looks like this was a bug in an older version. It didn’t work before (at least on my computer), but after updating, everything works as expected.
So, problem solved!
