Hi,

I'm having a problem with the spacial scanner.
I have a canon eos 1000D with 1"6 shutterspeed,F3.5 , ISO 100 and quality in jpeg(not in RAW).
But when i connect the camera ,the spacial scanner recognises the camera, but doesnt give an image.And when i press capture it gives me the error: Image quality should be set to jpeg only.
Tried to change the quality but nothing seems to work.

what am i doing wrong?

be sure to shoot jpeg only photos (not jpeg + raw), try with size S
shutter speed should be between 1/10 and 1/60. 1/6 is very long, i doubt it would produce good results.
Manual focus as well.
